Massive Mag Lev Project Coast to Coast

The building of a Mag Lev Railroad from Coast to Coast or from San Francisco to Los Angeles for that matter has a few challenges that most Current ideas seem to be missing.
The efforts being tried use the concept of purchasing new easements all along the way, which is totally unnecessary and insanely expensive.
Just build the Mag Lev with a modified design and Alternative Energy inputs right above existing freeway easements.  Use both Wind and Solar Energy to offset Operating cost.
The Modification is the key.  Americans are kind of married to their Autos, don't you think?  Instead of building a Mag Lev Train to carry passengers who will arrive to their destination without a vehicle, let them keep their car!  Build a Cart Carrying Mag Lev that launches a lighter weight object than a train which consists of a Cart with the passenger's car riding in it.  When exiting the Mag Lev at destination the cart automatically moves to an 'off ramp', slows down, and stops while the passenger drives off.  Entering is done on an 'on ramp' that includes a toll collection station and destination input terminal.
With a need to stimulate the economy, this project offers the ability to tie in over sized alternative energy construction, add Fiber Optic Cabling and even Wi-Max Towers for broadband expansion along the way.  What do you guys think?

Free Bird Feeder from throw away plastic bottles, cans, and sticks.

Had a little bag of bird seed, and didn't want to just toss it on the wet ground.  So I found a two liter size water bottle in the Recycle Bin, cut the top off, and made a Mod.  The first one I tried, I put holes all over and perches for the birds virtually everywhere.  It was a lot of work, and totally not needed.  Then I figured out that the seed will all flow to the bottom anyway.  So I cut the top off of a large 2 gallon bottle and used a piece of old wire to attach it as a rain roof and fill cover.  Then I cut the neck pieces off two smaller bottles to use for the birds to feed from. Next time I'll use a cut up coke can instead because its less work.  Drilled holes for a stick I found in the yard trimmings to use as a perch at the very bottom.  Cut the two holes for the feed tube bottle necks with a round stone attachment for the drill.  Placed the stick and the two bottle necks in place and glued them with contact cement.  Filled it with seed and then hung it in the tree outside my room.  Ahh, the sound of song birds to wake up to every morning.  And all from the trash.  Beats $30 or $40 for a Bird Feeder, huh?

Hello All.
This is an exercise in positive responses to life's constant struggle.  We all know there are plenty of screwed up things about this experience called life.  That is not new or even remotely original.  What is perhaps a bit different here though, is that we don't want any Cry Babies.  No Complainers.  None of the Embattled or the Battling. No spreading of Fear.

If you wish to find someone to fight with, go elsewhere.

If you have a particular Political or Religious/Philosophic belief that you like to proselytize, or speak out against, leave all hints of it at home.

Ahh, but if your hunger for the sweet flower of creativity in life is burning,
if you have tapped into an idea(s) that captivates the imagination with the thrill of a potentially better world arising from it's implementation, then lets have a dialog.
